Creating Rich Text Format Files

This is just a reminder to use rich text format (RTF) rather than Word format (DOC) files.

1. Not all word processors can read your version of Microsoft Word.

2. Word documents can carry macro viruses, nasty creatures who do mean things to hard drives. Rich text format files will not carry such. Below you will find instructions for saving documents in RTF:

Now any word processor should be able to read the file, and you won't be spreading any viruses.
